On a GOOGLE SEARCH  it clearly states it is an association. The rules for association are well laid down. I have to assume it is UN-INCORPORATED, but have now idea how it is run or how donation are recorded and expenses accounted for.

Back in 2014 when putting this website together, I made a request to the Royal Signals Association being a life member, that denburyjuniorleaders.com be listed as a member’s website, in their wisdom listing was under “Denbury Junior Leaders Regt Association”, discussed with Bob Wathen RIP at the time and Bob felt the link should remain as we both hoped that this dormant association, that was in place on “joining up again” in 2002 would return, the association was wound up some time ago and all funds were passed to the cost of the “Denbury Boys Bench” at the National Arboretum, understand now that this bench is now in very poor condition due to a lack of maintenance.
